  • 200 ml of sour cream

  • 2 tbsp of mayonnaise

  • 1-2 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, finely chopped (adjust to taste)

  • 1 clove of garlic, minced

  • Juice of half a lime

  • Salt, to taste


Step 1

Combine Ingredients: In a medium bowl, mix together the sour cream, mayonnaise, chopped chipotle peppers, garlic, and lime juice. Stir until all ingredients are well incorporated.

Season: Taste and adjust the seasoning with salt, and more lime juice if needed. The sauce should have a balanced flavor with a hint of smokiness from the chipotles and a tangy edge from the lime.
